Getting Started

Creating an Account

You can book tickets as a guest or create an account for additional benefits:

  • Guest Booking: Book tickets without creating an account. You'll receive booking confirmations via email and SMS.
  • Registered Users: Create an account to track bookings, save preferences, collect promotions, and earn rewards.

To create an account:

  1. Click "Sign Up" in the header
  2. Enter your name, email, and password
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Start booking!

Searching for Trips

  1. Select Route: Choose your departure and destination cities
  2. Pick a Date: Select your travel date
  3. Browse Results: View available trips with departure times, prices, and operators
  4. Compare Options: Check bus amenities, operator ratings, and available seats

Booking Process

Step 1: Select Your Trip

Browse available trips and compare:

  • Departure and arrival times
  • Ticket prices (may vary by seat type)
  • Bus operator and ratings
  • Available seats and amenities
  • Estimated journey duration

Step 2: Choose Your Seats

Our interactive seat map shows:

  • Available seats (green) - Ready to book
  • Locked seats (yellow) - Temporarily reserved by other users
  • Booked seats (gray) - Already taken

Important: Seats are locked for 10 minutes once selected. Complete your booking within this time to secure your seats.

Step 3: Enter Passenger Details

Provide information for each passenger:

  • Full name (as per ID)
  • Age and gender
  • Optional: ID document number
  • Optional: Phone number

Step 4: Apply Promotions

  • Browse available promotions
  • Collect promotions to your account
  • Apply promotion codes at checkout
  • View discounted prices instantly

Step 5: Payment

We support multiple payment methods:

  • PayOS (recommended)
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Bank Transfer
  • E-wallets (MoMo, ZaloPay)

Payment Security: All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.

Managing Bookings

Viewing Your Bookings

Registered Users: Access your bookings from the Dashboard

Guest Users: Check booking status using your reference number:

  1. Visit "My Bookings"
  2. Enter your booking reference number
  3. View booking details and status

Booking Status Explained

  • Pending: Payment processing or awaiting confirmation
  • Confirmed: Booking successful, tickets issued
  • Completed: Journey completed
  • Cancelled: Booking cancelled (may be eligible for refund)

Email Notifications

You'll receive email notifications for:

  • Booking confirmation
  • Payment receipt
  • Trip reminders (24 hours and 2 hours before departure)
  • Trip updates or changes
  • Cancellation confirmations

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made before the trip's cancellation deadline
  • Refund percentage depends on how far in advance you cancel
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

How to Cancel:

  1. Go to My Bookings
  2. Select the booking to cancel
  3. Click "Cancel Booking"
  4. Provide reason (optional)
  5. Confirm cancellation
  6. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Rates:

  • More than 24 hours before departure: 80-90% refund
  • 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours: 20% refund
  • After departure: No refund

Promotions & Discounts

How Promotions Work

  1. Browse Promotions: View available promotions on our Promotions page
  2. Collect: Add promotions to your account (limited per user)
  3. Apply: Enter promotion code at checkout
  4. Save: Discount applied automatically

Promotion Types

  • Fixed Amount: Deduct a specific amount from your booking
  • Percentage: Get a percentage off (with maximum discount limit)
  • Minimum Order: Some promotions require minimum booking value

Promotion Terms

  • Each promotion has usage limits
  • Promotions are valid between specific dates
  • One promotion per booking
  • Cannot be combined with other offers
  • Some promotions are user-specific

Reviews & Ratings

Leaving a Review

After completing your trip, you can leave a review:

  1. Go to completed bookings
  2. Click "Write Review"
  3. Rate your experience:
    • Overall rating
    • Cleanliness
    • Punctuality
    • Staff service
    • Comfort
    • Value for money
  4. Write your feedback (optional)
  5. Upload photos (optional)
  6. Submit review

Verified Reviews: Only users with completed bookings can leave reviews, ensuring authenticity.

Review Helpfulness

  • Mark reviews as helpful to assist other travelers
  • Most helpful reviews appear at the top
  • Operators can respond to reviews
